Blood Pressure
Blood pressure is the pressure of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Arteries carry blood from your heart to other parts of your body.

Blood Sugar
It’s important to keep your blood sugar levels in your target range as much as possible to help prevent or delay long-term, serious health problems. Staying in your target range can also help improve your energy and mood. Learn more here:

Cholesterol
Too much cholesterol puts you at risk for heart disease and stroke, two leading causes of death in the United States.
High cholesterol has no signs or symptoms, so the only way to know whether you have it is to get your cholesterol checked. To learn why you need to check your cholesterol, click here:
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Body Mass Index is a person’s weight in kilograms (or pounds) divided by the square of height in meters (or feet). A high BMI can indicate high body fatness. To learn more, click here:
